Mónica is guiding us on a journey of connection to cetaceans. Beyond common whalewatching, an ​experience from the heart. In silence, with the speech on cetacean biology and ethology before the ​experience, so we can enjoy in mindful awareness.


She is a yatch skipper, responsible whalewatching, meditation and mindfulness guide. With more than ​15 years experience in Interspecies communication and Reiki mastery (Usui and Karuna). Munay Ki ​facilitator ...


Just finishing pshycology degree, continous researching cetacean ethology, compared psychology ​(interspecies) , and enviromental psychology.


She is passionate about nature, animals and loves studying and connecting the spiritual and scientific ​realms. With nature as her axis and animals as her guides. Learning and unlearning just to enjoy and ​share it.



"My best teachings, titles, challenges and gifts came to me straight from the animals, my main teachers in this lifetime. That is why I don't expect to ​teach anyone, just guiding to those who have so much to share, (non human) animals. Creating safe and respectful places, side by side with all our ​experiences."

Yoga & Nature

María del Mar


María del Mar joins us in this experience of Whalefulness with her project Yogak.

She is waking us up in the morning with her warm smile, guiding an energizing Hatha yoga ​practice, she will also share with us soothing Yin Yoga classes just before sleep time.

She will guide some meditations after the practice of asanas so we can embody the experience ​and enjoy the rest of the activities.

María del Mar is a veterinarian specialist in exotic animals and dermatology.


Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga master. To her, obstacles are just opportunities to ​improve and transform herself. Applying it to daily life and in special moments like our ​retreat.

A path of continous learning where she puts her kwnoledge and self-discovery at the service of ​animals, human and non human.
